Perhaps, maybe someone was having a bad day. I bought a used Yukon and found a significant water leak a couple days later coming from somewhere around back hatch. Was told to bring it in and the I bought a used Yukon and found a significant water leak a couple days later coming from somewhere around back hatch. Was told to bring it in and they said they couldn’t find it or didn’t see the water spots after specifically telling them where and what the problem was. The fix seems like a temporary fix w silicone which was used as a glue to keep grommet in place that covered the wiring for back hatch. I had to walk them through it on the phone. While it was in service, I discovered an open recall which was not addressed and thought that would have popped up in the computer and be taken care of during the time it was already there. Finally, The most concerning issue was that I had all weather Floor mats for temporary protection in back of truck and they ended up disappearing. Feel free to have a manager only contact me. More

Warranty work not performed by GM guidelines. Zackary Vaughan is not a Knowledgeable service advisor and would not recommend using him or bill Kay in general. I had a appointment for a recall on O Zackary Vaughan is not a Knowledgeable service advisor and would not recommend using him or bill Kay in general. I had a appointment for a recall on October 12th. The recall was taken care of how ever I had other issues with my transmission. None of my concerns were looked at are taken care of. The truck is still well within it’s powertrain warranty. GM has Many technical service bulletin (TSB) on most of its 8 speed transmission (Poor transmission there’s a reason they stopped useing them) but I asked to check and see it it had any updates. Zach told me no there is no updates. However GM had a brand new update released October 3..9 days before my appointment. I called bill Kay Chevy To see if they would cover the TSB for the transmission flush. It’s the so called fix for the sloppy hard shifts and torque converter shutter. Bill Kay Chevy said no it’s not covered and will cost $750-$800. I said that crazy it says right in the TSB Or GM’s website that it’s covered and Bill Kay said nope sorry it’s not. There were a few more issues but these are the main problems I had with bill Kay. I called ETTLESON GMC CADILLAC and the Service advisor knew all about the TSB and took care of the flush and the update To transmission free of charge. I would highly recommend ETTLESON. More
