I come back time after time bc you will not find a more respectful and understanding dealership around. Always a confident feel when taking my car for service at Bill Kay. On time appointment and the service staff kept informed of service status, allowed me to feel in control of the total service. Not an overall good experience. Went in with a coupon found on their website, only to be told that i couldn't use it. Was told they would give me $5 off instead, which they never applied to the invoice. found on their website, only to be told that i couldn't use it. While there they said they found a bad lug nut and bolt (that the lug nut screws onto), but because they are nice they would replace both for free. Problem is, it had to be their team that did the damage when they served the car in January since no one else has touched the car. Now i question the quality of their work. The day after my appointment, an unexpected electrical hiccup showed up in my car. I called and the first words i heard were, an oil change couldn't cause that. I.E., not our problem. But they did tell me i could bring it in. Luckily that hiccup hiccup'ed again as i was getting ready to drive there and everything went back to normal so i didn't need to. Good service representative, but i question their entire service department now. More

Went in for routine maintenance and the inspection revealed a leak. Fortunately it was caught while still under warranty. They were able to fix it that same day. Was given a loaner so I didn’t have revealed a leak. Fortunately it was caught while still under warranty. They were able to fix it that same day. Was given a loaner so I didn’t have to wait there.
