My son, Eric, age 44, the principal driver of my 2019 Regal TourX Essence station wagon, was having an ongoing problem with the vehicle, which I had purchased new in October 2020. Brian Jucha took the time to brainstorm with me, after both the Bill Kay technician and subsequently the GM technician could not pinpoint any problem. I now have a future plan of action in place, and if Eric encounters the problem again, I will certainly have my son call Brian Jucha, for further help. I took my Chevrolet for bodywork. Wayne was professional and very helpful throughout the process. They did excellent work. The car look brand new. Car was delivered clean inside and outside. I had my car towed into the dealership because of a flat tire. It turned out the tire had to be replaced. The tire had to be ordered and wouldn’t be there until late in the day or the next.
