Shame on Judy Spellman for not paying attention to her Bill Kay dealership. After buying this crappy Silverado it still is the worst vehicle I’ve ever had. It’s been fixed 4 times plus has had 3 transmiss Bill Kay dealership. After buying this crappy Silverado it still is the worst vehicle I’ve ever had. I was told it would take 1.5 hours to identify and resolve the issue. It took that time just to find the problem. That’s not what bothered me. I was then told it would be another 1 hr to make the repa resolve the issue. It took that time just to find the problem. That’s not what bothered me. I was then told it would be another 1 hr to make the repair. It took nearly 4. The excuse I was told is that the dealership is short staffed. As the consumer that is not my issue. This is not the first time that a “service” has taken longer than quoted. If the answer is always the same, that’s when it becomes an excuse and not an answer. More
