As full-time RV'ers, we landed at Bill Kay GMC after our 2012 2500HD blew a turbo pipe - a failure of a factory part, installed by a dealer in AZ, after 18 months. While GMC seemed ready to stand behind 2012 2500HD blew a turbo pipe - a failure of a factory part, installed by a dealer in AZ, after 18 months. While GMC seemed ready to stand behind their 24 mo warranty, there were simply no parts to be found. We waited for over 3 weeks, stuck in place with our trailer, incurring unplanned expenses, while each day the Service Dept had to roll the dice to see if they might get a part. Brian Wilson in Service was as helpful as humanly possible, while dealing with the shortage and lack of forecast. All in all, a HORRIBLE experience from a GMC warranty perspective - but a good one with respect to the dealership's handling of our situation. More
