The repair took too much time- 9 days. I was told that they couldn't get it into the garage because it wouldn't start. But, other dealers have said "we just put the car in neutral and pu I was told that they couldn't get it into the garage because it wouldn't start. Worst of all, the woman in the service department was EXTREMELY rude, acting like she resented me asking any questions. Treated me like I was stupid. A horrible customer service experience, and I likely won't buy another GMC car as a result. More

Zero customer service from the service manager Justin. I was at the shop in November for an oil change. I asked them to look at the clear coat they put on my truck as in daylight it was all scratched up. I was at the shop in November for an oil change. I told him I would need a loner as I had no other car. He said that his manager would have to set that up, but he was busy and would call me to set it up. Never called, I have called at least 10 times and left messages on his voicemail and with employees and no return call it is now 2/6/25. Why would I ever buy another truck from a dealer that treats its customers like this? More
I had bought a used vehicle here almost 2 years ago , and should have cancelled and walked away from it. I bought a vehicle that was "certified", only to find out it was not. After several calls I finally was contacted by customer service rep. After listening to a lot of xx from Donnie J., "the cooler", I was given a 2 yr service contract for all the mistakes made by the dealer. When I went to use my free service today at a different dealer, they could not find my contract info. I contacted Bill Kay and did not get any answers. I was assured a call back from the service manage, but as of writing this I haven't received anything. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! I was told most of the people are gone from when I bought my car, but after todays experience I think it needs to be done again. I would not recommend this GMC dealership to anyone ! STAY AWAY ! More

My Service writer Jasmine was wonderful to work with. She kept me informed and updated on my services and the cost and timing of my repairs. She even sought out a discount to save me money when additiona She kept me informed and updated on my services and the cost and timing of my repairs. She even sought out a discount to save me money when additional labor costs were incurred, as well as arranging for a free car wash even though it was under 35 degrees. All in all, everyone involved were great...except when I came to pick up my vehicle and no one could find my keys...which only took an extra 5 minutes. Thank you to the whole service department! More
