first of all I would like to apologize for not thanking the service manager and the 2 service writers enough before I left, I was in a hurry to pick up my child and flew out of there.. They always take car the service manager and the 2 service writers enough before I left, I was in a hurry to pick up my child and flew out of there.. They always take care of my needs in a fair and timely manner, i never feel like I was ripped off like I did at a competitor down on Ogden avenue (different car company ,my family bought 6 cars from them but the service department was a joke so we left) the Kay staff is also courteous not like the staff at a Cadillac dealer north of them that I wont name. that I had tried before them. Troubling business practices with no transparency. Returned a leased car that was WELL under the miles. Few months later, I got dinged my credit report due to non-payment of an outstanding balance. Returned a leased car that was WELL under the miles. Few months later, I got dinged my credit report due to non-payment of an outstanding balance. Despite receiving no invoice, they were charging me $1,300, including over $500 in fabricate costs (key fob, owner's manual, etc). I will NEVER go back and tell everyone I know not to use them. Terrible. More
