I am happy w my Yukon purchase but not w the overall customer service. We needed a cargo Matt, dealership was not willing to accommodate. I left the garage door opener in my truck and when I asked the salesperson if he can check he said that it was sent for detailing and everything gets thrown out. Even though It is my job to clean out my car, but it would have been nice to have the salesperson watch my back and double check to make sure customers did not leave anything behind, that’s how you go the extra mile to make the customer happy. It would have taken him less than 5 min to check my car and make sure I did not leave it behind. It would have made me very happy. I would not go back. To them, it was simply a sale, nothing more. The body work was done good, but when we picked up the car we told them it was pulling to one side. So they did another alignment and rotated the tires. That did not fix the situation.
