The entire car buying process from start to finish was super easy at Bill Kay! We called ahead and they had the vehicle clean and ready to go- took for a test drive and was out the door not long after wit super easy at Bill Kay! Good communication but when I got the car back it leaked all the transmission fluid out in my driveway and left a huge stain. Sent it back they fixed it. Noticed there was no windshield fluid and filled it all the transmission fluid out in my driveway and left a huge stain. Sent it back they fixed it. Noticed there was no windshield fluid and filled it up myself and then notice the sprayers did not work and had to send it back again. They took car of that. I just need it done right the first time. Wayne was a great guy but overall it took 30+ days to get my car back not counting the 2 times I had to take it back to have it serviced for things that were overlooked or not fixed the first time. Bought an used car here and according to salesman (Freddy) and Bill. There is no warranty or at least not worth buying. Took car to Mercedes Dealer for a tune up since engine light turned on within a (Freddy) and Bill. There is no warranty or at least not worth buying. Took car to Mercedes Dealer for a tune up since engine light turned on within at least 100 miles put into it. Found out that thermostat isn’t functioning, serpentine belt is worn (noise), coolant reservoir is low (due to thermostat), leaks coming from power steering line as well as oil from filter. Took the car back with the engine light still on and Bill told me that thermostat just need to be restarted, the cold weather is probably causing that noise coming from the belt and there is no leak, it was just the engine cleaner they used to clean under the hood. Think twice when buying from this dealer!!!! More

We bought our 2020 Acadia last fall. The sales process was low key and no pressure. They offered us a great price but couldn’t get the color that we wanted. Our sales guy Mike was really understanding wh was low key and no pressure. They offered us a great price but couldn’t get the color that we wanted. Our sales guy Mike was really understanding when we said we were going to another dealer to get that color by saying “I just want you to be happy “. Both the GM and service manager both sent us a note indicating that they would be more than glad to service our Acadia even though we bought it somewhere else. Recently, we had an issue with the infotainment system. The service department provided us with a loaner that was bigger than normal because I’m 6’3” and have arthritic knees. The car has been fixed and we haven’t had an issue since. More
