Jim and I bought a Buick envision. Luigi Was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car. And could answer all our questions. The salesman was a nice enough guy. We definitely had some major issues with the financial end. That gentleman was unbelievably wrong in the choices he made. Out right lied to our faces. On top of being rude, judgemental and very egotistical, he definitely is and was not well informed on certain aspects of his job. We walked out, not taking the offer but also knowing he just cost me big time. Left really upset after being treated badly. Eventually returned after receiving calls from a manager. A nice enough guy as well, tried to fix the situation. Said he sent the guy home. We eventually bought the truck but honestly wish I had not. That's the reason I waited to complete this, wanted to see if time would make me feel differently about the whole situation. Unfortunately it has not. I felt bad about the salesman loosing a sale when he did nothing to deserve it. We wanted this to be a celebration to us kinda thing, a lot of hard working years. A major upgrade in a vehicle by 10 yrs. I truelly wish I would not have came back and went else where no matter the price or how much we liked the truck. The experience as a whole was not worth it. I only hope over time it proves to be a good quality running vehicle. I definitely enjoy owning a truck. More
