One star is too many, typical car sales business, unethical, unprofessional and underhanded. Went clear through the buying process, car was supposed to be delivered today, and guess what, got told t unethical, unprofessional and underhanded. Went clear through the buying process, car was supposed to be delivered today, and guess what, got told the vehicle was sold out from under us. WHY??? Shouldn't they have known ahead of time the vehicle was unavailable. All that remained was signing the documents, shouldn't they know internally what vehicle has a pending sale on it? Guessing since we were financing the people they sold the vehicle to paid cash, I realize money talks, but, this is where the unprofessional, unethical, underhanded BS comes into play. The heck with the little guy, right? This isn't on the sales person, this in on management, so, what does this tell you about the management at Bill Kay GMC? It tells me a lot. I hope it tells you all you need to know, go on down the road to the next dealership because management at Bill Kay GMC doesn't care. I could go for days about this, but, you get the point right? More
