My experience with this car dealer it expreses only my own personal experience and is based only on the repairs made to my car. First I brought the vehicle in for a oil pan gasket replacement (oil leak) own personal experience and is based only on the repairs made to my car. First I brought the vehicle in for a oil pan gasket replacement (oil leak) The car was in the shop for approximately six days, I picked the car up then and paid around $1,053 for labor for the new oil pan gasket next day, the oil pan was leaking still, took the car back the service technician added a dye to the oil, drove it for 3 days brought it back and after an hour long wait the service Advisor man told me that the technician was almost certain the pan was definitely warp, and game me of an estimated cost of around $1,400 to replace it, I ask him ,why didn't the technician inspect the pan when he removed it?, and there was a short debate I brought up the fact about the technician not following service protocol, the service advisor told me that the technician was a GMC certified technician (really), in all fairness I agreed to bring the car back in a few days. I got home and decided to take a peek underneath the engine, I spotted the oil leak coming from a oil pan support bracket held by 4 bolts at the bottom of the oil pan, I was compelled to check the bolts and to my amazement the bolts were only hand tight, and who knows how many other bolts were lose. After that I tried reaching out to the service advisor Mr.. Brian left a message he never got back to me.That made up my mind my car is not going back. there was nothing professional about the job performed on my car. In my opinion I shouldn't have to pay a penny for the labor this time around, I should be responsible for only for the new pan and gaskets needed to correct the oil leak. I'm very disappointed with the out come. Had the car problem looked at another dealer they found and repaired the problem it had nothing to do with the oil pan been warped it was leaking from the timing cover gasket. (Problem solved a bit over $300.00 dollars.) More
