Terrible dealership, General Manager lied about the car came with a tracking device and charged me 400.00 dollars, when I found I out it was not installed, because I told them in the beginning of purchase came with a tracking device and charged me 400.00 dollars, when I found I out it was not installed, because I told them in the beginning of purchase I didn’t need the tracking device they said you have to get it it came with all our cars, so when I found out from the tracking installer he needed to schedule a time to install. I confronted them about returning my money and they refused so I have the General Manager recorded stating even though then tracker was not installed I will still be charged. I told salesman I also wanted to cancel the warranty I purchased he stated that’s done also but I had done my research and told that I had legally ten days to to cancel. More
