I purchased a vehicle same day no head lights had to come back. Brake pads and rotors I had to buy. Also the truck was in an accident had to spend money to get vent out of wheel well. Due to past experiences I don't have a great opinion of car dealers and Bill Kay has not changed that opinion. I purchased a used car and the passenger mirror had an issue. This was noted before I purchase car dealers and Bill Kay has not changed that opinion. I purchased a used car and the passenger mirror had an issue. This was noted before I purchased the car. Bill Kay said it was a cosmetic issue and ordered the cap. I took the car to my mechanic (after purchasing) because I noticed the mirror jiggled alot, they told me the mirror was broken & the whole mirror needed to be replaced. When I called the dealership I was told that it must have happened when I left the lot. Also when I test drove the car the low pressure tire light was on. I was told it was because of the cold weather. It was still on when I picked up the car. I mentioned it to my mechanic, he filled the tires and they have been fine since. On the plus side, Bill Kay did deliver the cap for the mirror to my house. My mechanic put it on. It did not stop the mirror from jiggling. I wound up ordering a new passenger mirror and paid out of pocket. More
