I brought my GMC envoy in for recommended service by Tori Delgado with the dollar price. Kayla not Nicholas checked the vehicle in. After reviewing the charges when I got home I found and feel I was overcharged $36.64. The charge for the control arm repair was $24.87 less then shown on Tori's e-mail However, the charge for the shock absorber repair was $61.51 more then shown on Tori's e-mail.
