Was disappointed . My car was sold as a "certified" vehicle, yet there were a few things wrong with it that I had to point out to the salesman. After initial paperwork My car was sold as a "certified" vehicle, yet there were a few things wrong with it that I had to point out to the salesman. After initial paperwork was done, my salesman got up to help 2 more people that came in car shopping. I sat at his desk for about 20 minutes by myself. I found out he was on a test drive. I asked the manager when he came by as to what is going on. He informed me there were 2 people ahead of me and that finance with be with me shortly. I was 5 minutes away from getting my deposit back and taking a ride share home. I have been a Bill Kay customer for many years, and bought several vehicles from them, but will not deal with this dealership again. Also, had to go back twice to have issued corrected to "certified" vehicle. Service center was great. Jennifer was my service advisor and took care of the issues. More
