We discussed price on a particular car and when I said it was more than I had intended on spending, he suggested numerous options for us. Mike Darge then went through all the numbers for the various options. Since I loved the car, we purchased it using one of their suggestions. When we met with Nick to talk about financing, he went through all the numbers again to make sure I was comfortable. We hadn't got this type of service any where else and that is the main reason I purchased my car at Bill Kay. Highly recommend this dealership as their employees are fabulous. More
Great Cars & Great People With Great Hair I had a Lincoln MKZ for a couple years and I've been very happy with it. I saw the new LaCrosse on the road and was just curious. I walked through the doors at Bill Kay and met up with two of the most professional car guys I've ever met. Jake showed me the LaCrosse and we took it out for a drive after he assured me that he wouldn't need a booster seat to go with. Don't be fooled by the fact that he looks like he's 12. The kid knows what he's doing. He showed me the ins and outs of the LaCrosse and I fell in love with how it rides. After the drive, we met up with Karl, the general sales manager. When you stop by Bill Kay, you'll recognize him instantly from his perfectly sculpted hair. They both worked hard to put together a deal and get me out of my Lincoln and into my new Buick. The quality of service offered by these guys is miles above anywhere else I've ever bought a car from. I've even been back a few times to relearn things I missed the first time around and Jake is always happy to see and help me out. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a vehicle to stop by Bill Kay and see my guys! More
Helped me out!!! After going to numerous dealerships and not being satisfied with what they could do for me. I went to Bill Kay GMC and soon as I walked In I got a feeling that I didn't get at any other dealer. We where greeted by Nate fox and right away he listened to what I needed and answered all my questions. I told them the truck that I wanted and the first truck that he brought up for me to test drive was the truck I went home with. I told him what I wanted and instead of him bringing something that I should by, he drove up in the truck that I wanted right off the bat. Also have to mention general manger Michael Darge for going to work for me and getting me a great monthly payment and APR on my financing . I highly recommend this dealer ship and the guys mentioned above. Thanks again, Brandon More
False hopes Sandy was very nice and reassured me that my situation (which was explained to her in great detail) would still allow for me to be financed. She assured me several times that I would have NO problem being financed and that the bigger problem was deciding on a vehicle. Ha ha. After being led to believe that I would absolutely be financed, she spoke to her finance department, and two hours later, I was told that I would have to come back on Monday after I had paid off my vehicle I had just sold to a friend and that my financing could go forward. I sold my Saab to a friend for 5,000...paid off the remaining 3,700 and wished to use the 1,300 remaining as a down payment on a Buick. Monday came around, I paid off my vehicle, brought all paperwork and title back to the dealership (for proof of sale and no current open auto loans) for financing to go forward. My debt to income ratio is very good. I pay minimal rent and I have well over a thousand dollars in disposable income after all bills every month. I have paid 20,000 dollars in auto loan debt on time or early. I have had minor instances in the past where a hundred or two hundred dollars went to collection. One was a television in 2006 when I lost my job and the other was an early termination fee from sprint that went to collection because I refused to pay it because sprints service was not what I was paying for so I refused to pay an early termination fee based on principle. I eventually settled with them a couple years later. Unfortunately, knowing that, I was still assured by Sandy at bill Kay GMC that my financing would still go forward. After some time waiting at the dealership again on Monday, Sandy returned to her desk and pulled up another vehicle that I had looked at but not decided on at first (I had actually decided on a 2014 verano), and I asked her what was going on...and she told me this other cheaper used vehicle was the one I was looking at. This was to my surprise because she had not admitted in plain English that she could not finance me for a lease on the verano as she had very much reassured me of. She deftly and effortlessly switched gears on me by transitioning to looking at a vehicle that I had glanced at earlier thinking she could try again with that car and keep me there for a sale. An hour and a half later, she was helping another couple at another desk, and she had a man from the finance department come out to tell me that my credit score wasn't going to enable me to have financing on a vehicle that was only 14,000 dollars (even though I can easily afford a 500 dollar a month payment). She told me she could finance me on a new verano regardless of my situation. That was a lie to get a sale. She then deviously switched gears without admitting it was a lie and attempted to waste more of my time by selling me a used Acura. She could not finance for that either and had her finance guy tell me while she went to help another couple. I felt abandoned and lied to, and I will not step foot in that dealership again. More

I drove past Bill Kay Buick GMC and decided to s I owned my previous GMC ENVOY for 11 years and loved my vehicle. However, it was time for a change. I drove past Bill Kay Buick GMC and decided to stop in and check out their inventory and price vehicles not knowing whether or not I would purchase a vehicle. A young man named J.C. quickly stepped up to assist me. I told him I had no idea what I was looking for and was not sure I was ready to buy a car but he eagerly proceeded to assist me. In spite of his youth, he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, was willing to explain the features and show me how they worked, and take me on numerous test drives. He assured me that he would stick with me every step of the way until I was satisfied and he kept his promise. When I selected the Acadia, the negotiations began. Nick in Finance and Karl the Manager worked with me to get a deal together that we all could live with. Choosing an expensive car, I was not sure I could afford to buy the vehicle. However, both of these individuals worked diligently until the deal was completed to my satisfaction. If I had to rate the staff and overall dealership, a rating of 5 stars is NOT high enough. These individuals really understand the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction. See for yourself, stop by Bill Kay Buick GMC and tell them that Rose K. sent you. This was our first time shopping around for a new car and we had an absolutely pleasant experience. Being a younger couple we generally expected to be intimidated and taken less seriously as we set out to look for new cars, however we did not encounter any of that here at Bill Kay. Tyler, Jake, and Karl were extremely helpful and all went above and beyond to make our shopping experience as painless as possible. They maintained a very laid-back environment and were not pushy like most other dealers we have visited. This dealer is all around great and I would highly recommend their services to everyone. More
