Oil change, tire rotation, multi PT inspection+minor warrant Came in fo oil Change and tire rotation an a few minor problems. There was a rattle by the drivers side door that I couldn’t pinpoint. I expected to hear from them that they could not find it. But they did find it and corrected it. Trunk lid would not open fully. Corrected it. The tech was thorough. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. They even washed the car. Got all the salt off. A fantastic experience. Thank you Bill Kay. More
Business the old fashion way It started at Woody's Buick in Naperville, let's just say we walked out of this place due to poor customer service. Then we decided to take Ogden home and we passed by Bill Kay Buick in Downers Grove, we were greeted with enthusiasm by a young man name Tyler Eubanks and we said we wanted to purchase a Buick Envision for our parents. He sat us down and went through the options and cost and of course the test drive. After the test drive, we sat down and iron out the details. Then Tyler introduced us to his general sales manager Noel Rivera and went over the details regarding the sale and 123 we had a gentleman's agreement. No deposit nonsense, because they had to do a dealer trade. I received a follow-up call from Tyler and Noel and said the car will be ready the following Saturday. Well, we arrived and greeted with enthusiasm and we were there from start to finish in an hour thirty minutes and that's including Tyler going over the vehicle options with our parents. I want to thank Bill Kay Buick and their exceptional staff, from their receptionist Jazmine who kept us in contact with the right personnel and our finance manager Jose who explained the purchase procedure to our parents. So if you are looking to purchase a vehicle see the people I mentioned and you will not be disappointed. More

Shady Salespeople and Manager We recently bought an Acadia from this location. My husband was at the dealership for 3-4 hours negotiating price, back and forth on the phone with me, when he finally got the salesman, or rip-off artist, down to the monthly payment we were comfortable with. He signed the paperwork and had came home around 930 that night. We received the paperwork in the mail yesterday and the car payment is more than what they agreed upon. My husband went back and looked at his paperwork and sure enough, they snuck that price in there. Yes, my husband should've looked over the paperwork before signing it, but he was exhausted and they agreed on the price they agreed on, so I guess he figured everything would be ok. He called them and they asked him to come in-- just for the shady manager to tell him "oh well the paperwork you signed says this" knowing good and well what they agreed on. My husband asked to speak to someone above him and he said he was supposedly the sales manager. This is a crappy way to do business and is super shady...all just to get a car sale. Bill Kay Buick GMC are a bunch of sheisters and will rip you off. We will never go to any of their locations ever again in the future! They will just tell you what you want to hear, and apparently don't care how their salesmen, especially Tom K., get sales. More
They broke my dashboard This was a poor experience from the get go. it took over 4 hours to actually buy the vehicle. And nope financing was not the issue. We came in with a loan from another bank already in hand. slow staff was to claim here. No big deal here yet. We found the vehicle we wanted so we would wait. 2 days after the purchase we get quite a bit of rain. And we have water leaking in 2 locations of the vehicle. This takes them a few attempts and almost 3 weeks to correct. Now that they say the vehicle is finished and ready to be picked up, we arrive to find a broken dashboard. several breaks around the airbag. We are now told, that they didn't do it and this is a common problem. So they will not cover the cost but they will give me a deal on repairs. This is where we currently stand. And yes I will also be reporting this to the BBB. Good luck everyone and I would advice staying away from Bill Kay all together More

I purchased a car from this dealer a year ago with my fiancee. that experience went very well and our salesman Tyler was great. Needed to get another car and decided to go to this dealer again. I went in on May 26th. Approved for a car but they wanted more money down then I had at the time. I decided to wait a couple weeks and go back. When i returned the vehicle i was looking at was sold. So applied for another vehicle. Was told i wasn't approved for that vehicle, but the had another vehicle they thought that could work. The girl who was doing financing came out and told me she had a deal on the table. To please put my deposit down to hold the vehicle and the next day come back and pick up the vehicle. I did this and the next day came in and was told that the deal was not there. That she never had a deal. This girl wouldn't even come out and speak to me face to face to tell me this. When i asked for my money back. I was told that i would have to wait till Monday cause the deposited my money and can't write me a check. I called Monday spoke to a sales manager who told me my check would be ready on Monday afternoon and that he would look into things. I went to the dealer Monday around 6:30 pm. to be told that the check had not be wrote out for me yet and that the girl will bring it to my job the next day. Now the next day going on 2pm. I had to contact them to find out what is going on with my check. I was told now they are going to try and return it to my debit card. Well as you can see this has become a huge mistake trying to take business back to this company. This has to be the worse situation I have gone through to get a car. If i could give this company a half a star or no stars i would. More
