I dealt with a gentleman named Tom Murphy. If you need a car, ask for him! I dread car shopping because of the stereotype car salesmen have. Tom was the complete opposite! Never once did i feel pressured into anything. The process was quick and easy, and Tom was incredibly knowledgeable about his product, probably due to his 47 years of experience in the industry. I would come here and spend more knowingly (within reason) just because of the customer service I was provided. Thank you Tom. I look forward to working with you in the future! More

Electrifying Experiance! I came into Bill Kay after reaching out to an internet sales representative (Agnieszka; whom was very responsive and not pushy) to test drive a 2012 C I came into Bill Kay after reaching out to an internet sales representative (Agnieszka; whom was very responsive and not pushy) to test drive a 2012 Chevy Volt. There I met with their salesman Greg (Sorry about not mentioning your last name, your business cards are in my car!), we went out for a Test Drive and I was sold! After the test drive we did a little wheeling and dealing, and they worked well with me to come to a price that was reasonable to both parties. Not a stressful situation at all! Their finance guy also did a great job explaining everything to me, and worked to get me a great interest rate on my purchase. Today I got my second call from Greg, just to check up and make sure I am happy with my vehicle. What a great experience! This was my first car purchase, and it will not be my last from Bill Kay Buick GMC! More

The dealer gets a commission from a lender they give business to, you see. I will never go back to this place and would advise others to use caution before signing anything! These guys are slippery. Take your business to SULLIVAN GMC instead...wonderful dealership! More
Guaranteed to be Satisfied! Honestly, I had a one of a kind experience with Bill Kay GMC. In all departments: sales, finance, service, and even management, I felt like they had m Honestly, I had a one of a kind experience with Bill Kay GMC. In all departments: sales, finance, service, and even management, I felt like they had my best interests in mind. Without a doubt, they did their best to meet them. I originally purchased a new 2014 Terrain. Within 14 days, the engine became defective and needed to be rebuilt/replaced. This obviously created unfortunate stress for my wife and me. Even though the defect was covered under the warranty, I did not feel satisfied with a repaired or replaced engine. Instead, I requested a replacement vehicle. Typically in a situation like this, a dealership would simply tell the customer to work with corporate and file a claim. The resolution would end up defaulting to standard policy and I would be stuck with a repaired engine on a brand new car. In my case, Bill Kay instead took the initiative to create a claim for me and they took charge of the process. I was grateful for that. They stayed in continuous communication with GM corporate until a resolution was determined. It turned out, the resolution of my claim was actually a replacement vehicle (another new Terrain). Bill Kay then worked with me personally to find a suitable replacement. Because of this, I will certainly be a repeat customer. It has been about a month since getting the replacement and it has been a dream car. The Terrain is a smooth, quiet ride, handles like a car, and there is plenty of room. Features like the navigation system and the Bluetooth audio connection to my smartphone are great every time I drive. I couldn’t be happier. More

I called this dealership asking if a 2015 buick encore I saw online had an electronic start and the backing ou if i could give 0 stars i would have!!! I called this dealership asking if a 2015 buick encore I saw online had an electronic start and the backing out camera. I was told this specific suv had both of these items. I went to the dealership to purchase the suv halfway through the paperwork I asked how the electronic start worked then they tell me this suv doesn’t have one. That was the main thing I was looking for!!! At that point I was about ready to walk out after they gave me some crappy excuse saying they thought I meant the unlock and lock clicker…what new car doesn’t have the unlock and lock clickers nowadays!!!!! I really didn’t want to have to go to another dealership and start all over again so I asked about added the electronic start. I was told it would take a day to install and it would be 400.00 so I went through with the purchase and decided I would come back to have it installed. I like the actually car however no one showed me anything on the car or how anything works and no one went over the different warranties with me until they tried to charge me for a warranty, luckily I asked why the payments were like 60 dollars more a month then they should be and they were like oh you didn’t want the warranty? So if I didn’t notice the price increase I would have been charged for a warranty I didn’t want. They then went over all the warranties with me but I still didn’t want any. I then contacted them to make the appointment for the electronic start I dropped my car off Thursday morning. Friday I contact them asking when I should be able to pick up my suv so I could schedule it around my work. They said they would have a better idea Friday afternoon what time it should be done…… I never heard back from them!!!! I try contacting them again Sunday and what do you know… I never hear back from them again!!! So I call the service department on Monday instead of the sales like I had been. The service tells me oh well the sales lady isn’t in the office today… well that’s great but I don’t care if she’s in the office what does that have to do with what is going on with my suv. They respond by saying oh yea your cars ready you can pick it up whenever. Well that’s great so it only took 4 days to complete a 1 day thing and how long was my suv going to sit there with no one contacting me!! I go to pick it up they tell me it’s free… odd so I ask what did they screw up with my car that took 4 days to fix and is now free??? Service doesn’t have a clue about anything with the car so they send me to the sales department which as no clue why it took so long but that the sales lady I had was let go. Well that’s a bunch of bull to me. So what they were never going to contact me to tell me my car was done!! Then they say they will take 50.00 off for all the trouble so it will be 400.00. haha funny because that was what I was told it already was 400.00 so don’t sit there pretending your giving me some kind of discount after you up the price to 450. I tell them to just charge me the 400 so I could leave and never come back then they say 375. Also the actually clickers for the electronic start are not on the regular car key like it would be if the car original came with it its some tiny piece of crap looking thing. The clicker looks like it will break in two weeks and it looks like it cost 10.00 to make… its ridiculous if I would have known that would have been the clicker and that it came separate from the car key I never would have bought the car. Then I use the electronic start to start the car but it then won’t unlock. So I had to go back inside to find out why, turns out you have to double click the button first, well that would have been nice if someone had explained to me how the thing works I didn’t realize this dealership just expects you to know everything on your own. So my advice if you’re looking to purchase a new car GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! well after the dealership reviewed this review they contacted me saying after reading this review they let the sales lady i worked with go.... well thats funny because i was told the day i picked up my car she was let go so that clearly had nothing to do with my review since i wrote it 5 days later. so lets add lying to make unhappy customers feel like they are doing something to make you happy!!!!!! new update: the dealership contacted me and has offered me a refund to make up for all the problems. so on a positive note they did try to make up for my bad experience the best they could. More
