While the transaction took a bit of time to complete, I drove away confident that everything had been handled to both my satisfaction and that of the dealership. I contacted Bill Kay at 4:30 pm , spoke to a very helpful Jasmin, while driving to the dealership Alex my sales assoc , called me to introduce himself I contacted Bill Kay at 4:30 pm , spoke to a very helpful Jasmin, while driving to the dealership Alex my sales assoc , called me to introduce himself , I arrived at the dealership at 6:30pm .Alex listened to all of the things I was looking for & addressed each one , then found me the perfect vehicle & assisted me while going through the finance process , The gentlemen I dealt with in the finance dept were extremely friendly , helpful & professional. Alex had my car preped , then thouroughly explained the new features of my new car .I then drove home in my new Buick Encore Essence at 9:20pm. Thank you Bill Kay Autos I would do it again !!!! More
