He took me right out no hesitation he listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for he came right out with the vehicles Took a test drive. Bill Jacobs VW was attentive to our needs and concerns. We were promptly greeted and assisted with a sales representative that was available for questions after leaving the dealership. Other dealers were not as willing or straightforward with the negotiation process. We felt that we were able to get honest answers and a willingness to negotiate for a fair outcome for both parties.
