I went into the dealership to work with sales manager Jon Stube and he was so nice to me and my family and treated us as a person instead of that pushy sales person tactics! Someone who I would actually have to my home for Christmas,after dealing with Jon he had one of his sales reps finish all the car buying process to Brian Wiater who again treated me and my as good as a person could be treated.The sales person took there time with my wife and showed her all vehicles and all options on the vehicles so we could find what seated our needs,make story short this was the best car purchase I have had out of so many car purchases I have lost count and would rate this dealership 10 stars out of only 5 More

We called ahead of time to make an appt. to see a salesman and he was waiting for us when we got there. He knew what we were looking for and didn't try and sell us anything but what we said we wante salesman and he was waiting for us when we got there. We were looking for a couple of specific colors and he checked their website and was able to find what we wanted quickly. After we gave him the go-ahead, even though it came from another dealer in central Illinois, they had the car ready for us the next day. Our salesman went over the workings of the car exceptionally well and since our previous car was 12 years old there were a lot of new things to learn. We would definitely go back and would certainly recommend Bryan. More

Beyond the fact that Denis is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, Denis is professional, and courteous. He is very knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable when I leave my car in his hands. Most importantly, whenhe has my car diagnosed, and gives me straight answers. Simply stated, I trust him. Service is key in any industry. People share their experiences, and sometimes word of mouth advertising can make or break your business. From a service and a value perspective, I would rank Bill Jacobs at the top of my list, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others! After purchasing my third VW from a different dealer, it had mechanical difficulties. Other local dealerships were unable to help until I decided to turn in my wifes lease at Bill Jacobs VW. From the start, I could tell this dealership was well run: super clean, well branded, had a HUGE inventory, and incredibly nice and professional staff were my first impressions.They were able to put together an incredible deal on a new lease for my wife and we left very happy. I happened to mention my difficulties with my other VW and the sales staff was very interested in my situation. They immediately brought out the Service Manager who gathered information and started the process of trying to fix my vehicle. The service staff worked tirelessly with Volkswagen to fix my car. All the while providing me with an awesome VW loaner and keeping me in the loop the whole way with regular updates. Thank you Kevin and team for everything! When the vehicle was unable to be repaired to my satisfaction, my salesman Max and manager Jon took over to ensure that I got in to the perfect vehicle. Remember, I did not purchase the faulty vehicle at this dealer! They searched high and low to find me a car as my needs were special and the car was rare. These guys treated me like a family member and worked so hard to make me happy. We were able to put together an amazing deal that compensated me way more than I thought was possible.
