John put me at ease immediately and within minutes understood where we needed to be price-wise and made it happen. (This was the first lease experience that I wasn't immediately irritated because salesmen didn't listen to me.) My husband is in sales and also appreciated our experience. It was easy for me to leave our daughter in the lobby knowing she was well taken care of with the Ipad and a cup of hot chocolate. She also greatly appreciated the T-shirt! All-in-all we went from a very stressful few weeks of indecision to a brand we have never owned or leased. It is a nice car that we will consider purchasing at the end of the lease.
