Customer service was very good - the salesman we had spoken to the night before was busy so another salesman helped us with all the paperwork needed to trade in our end of lease VW, to finish a credi spoken to the night before was busy so another salesman helped us with all the paperwork needed to trade in our end of lease VW, to finish a credit check, and to get preliminary paperwork done on another lease. Ed was very helpful in saving us money on a tax credit for turning in our lease which got us to the monthly payment we were looking for ( that closed the deal on the new lease for us). Chris in finance was wonderful in answering all our questions and in making sure that we understood the contract- he was straightforward and didn't try to put hidden or extra costs in the contract.
