I wish we would have been given more information upfront on the extended warranty as this process felt a little bit rushed, which is why we gave the financing process only an average score. We left happy with the decision to purchase of the car we got, but questioning whether or not we made the right decision purchasing the extended warranty. In all fairness, it was the last sale of the night, but it would have been nice to have been forewarned. It was not something we even considered prior to going upstairs to finish the financing paperwork. More

Overall the experience was decent. My only issue was the time. I know a dealership can take some time but 4 hours on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy seems excessive.
