They are the worst when it comes to servicing. They charged me $400 a week later after I picked up my car. There was nothing that was due when I picked up the car. Spoke to other dealer and they said bill Jacob's service advisors are known to do such nasty acts. Also stay away from Wesley. If you are going here, DO NOT go for him as your service advisor. Your calls won't be answered, he won't care about what's going on with your car. Gives you a really nasty attitude. It's simply the worst dealership I've ever been to. More

If you are on the market for a new vehicle, I recommend working with this young person who made the process go easy. Just request Haley for a great experience finding and purchasing a vehicle. She came in on her normal day off so we could complete the sale, since we did not have all the information required. We purchased two 2023 ID.4 xxxxxxVOLKSWAGENS one for my daughter to replace a 2015 Chevy Cruze and one for me to replace my 2012 Chevy Equinox. If you want to go electric there are excellent deals on 2023 models going on now as the new 2024 models are hitting the show rooms. I guess it is unusual to purchase 2 vehicles on the same day, but the dealership had a great selection of electric vehicles which made deciding the right models and colors easy. Hayley had at one point four sets of keys as we decided the right vehicles to purchase. We were in a time crunch and the dealership made it work for the family. More

I wish we would have been given more information upfront on the extended warranty as this process felt a little bit rushed, which is why we gave the financing process only an average score. We left happy with the decision to purchase of the car we got, but questioning whether or not we made the right decision purchasing the extended warranty. In all fairness, it was the last sale of the night, but it would have been nice to have been forewarned. It was not something we even considered prior to going upstairs to finish the financing paperwork. More
