I have to say that I had the BEST automobile purchase experience ever. From the minute I walked into the door I was acknowledged. I came in looking for a used Eos that I saw one the website, and came out with a 2012 Eos! Bryan Wiater was an excellent sales assoiciate. His customer service was excellent; he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I did test drive the used Eos, as well as a few new vehilces. All the while Bryan assuring me that he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and sure of which vehicle I wanted to purchase. The general manager,Jon Stube,was excellent as well. He really worked with me to make my purchase even possible! I have already referred potential buyers! There is no doubt I will be coming back to Bill Jacobs VW for future purchases! More
