Max was a genuine nice salesman. He was straight forwarded and never came across as the stereotype car salesman. This was perhaps the most seamless purchase experience we've ever had. Not only was this dealers the lowest price we could find but the entire staff was 100% competent, professional, and a joy to work wi we've ever had. We arrived early on a Saturday and were immediately helped by a manager. We were assigned to perhaps the greatest, coolest, hardest working salesman ever, Mr. Gordon "Max" Porter. Not only did he know the answer to virtually all of our questions but his infectious personality made it an absolute pleasure to spend time with him. Everything we had been told over the phone was honored and when we made it to the business office the red carpet treatment continued. There are 3 other VW dealers closer to our house and I may use them for service due to convenience, but when it's time to buy another car, we're going to find Max again. I was in a pinch and needed a car. I had worked with Lisa before and was glad to work with her again. I explained to her to her what my situation was, the type of car I'd like to find and the speed and steps before and was glad to work with her again. Lisa and the finance guy were the most patient, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. They made feel like they really cared about me. I trusted them.
