Max was a genuine nice salesman. He was straight forwarded and never came across as the stereotype car salesman. We arrived early on a Saturday and were immediately helped by a manager. We were assigned to perhaps the greatest, coolest, hardest working salesman ever, Mr. Gordon "Max" Porter. Not only did he know the answer to virtually all of our questions but his infectious personality made it an absolute pleasure to spend time with him. Everything we had been told over the phone was honored and when we made it to the business office the red carpet treatment continued. There are 3 other VW dealers closer to our house and I may use them for service due to convenience, but when it's time to buy another car, we're going to find Max again.
