I was looking for a Volkswagen EOS and found one online at Bill Jacobs VW that really caught my eye. I emailed with a question regarding the car and I got a very quick response back from Katherine. I set a test drive time for the next day by email with Katherine and she told me to ask for Pete Panos when I arrived. I arrived for my appointment and checked in at the desk and the VW manager John was the one at the desk. He said that Ricardo would be happy to help me. I was impressed that there was a salesman ready to help me immediately. Ricardo pulled up the car already warmed up for me, to take out for a test drive. He explained the features of the car and directed me around for the test drive, as I was unfamiliar with the area. After the drive he allowed my to do a walk around of the entire vehicle and to take the time to look at the engine, answering all my questions with much knowledge. We then went inside to have my trade appraised by a manager and discuss what my trade was worth and terms/payment options. Ricardo was very helpful with giving me that information and working with me to explain everything. Pete came in and answered more questions for me and gave me much faith that the car I was thinking about buying had been thoroughly inspected and anything that had needed attention had received it in the safety inspection. Pete and Ricardo were very patient with me as I contemplated my decision, which I appreciated very much. Once I decided to purchase the car,the process was quite smooth and for as busy as the dealership was, the wait time to talk to finance was not long at all. Kirill in finance was so laid back and so helpful to get my car financing taken care of in a way that met my needs. He worked very hard to get everything put together in a short amount of time despite the obstacles that he had to get through to get it all to work. I finished in finance and Pete talked to mme again to make sure all was good. Ricardo pulled my new car and my old car into the service bay where it was warm. I could switch everything over to my new car and not freeze. My car was detailed nicely and I left the dealership very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Ricardo as a salesperson if you are looking for a knowledgeable salesperson with many years experience. I recommend the dealership as a whole to purchase from. They seemed to all work together well, work together as a team, to make their customers feel taken care of. More

I was on their web site to see what they had. Greg the internet Man, called and asked if I had any questions. We talked and I said I'll be in. The next day My Wife and I came in. He answered all Our questions and showed Us all how to operate the many options on the Golf. As for Jim in the finance department, He too shared with Us the many warrantee options that were available, and We became friends through this experience,also.
