As much as I love a new car, I have previously dreaded the whole process of buying one, where buyers are confined to a room at the mercy of some mythical manager. So when we knew we needed a Jetta, we went online and contacted three dealerships. Bill Jacobs VW was the best. Greg F. responded with a solid quote that told both the sticker and the actual price we would pay, plus what that price included. We were impressed both with the price and the professionalism. Greg also mentioned that the deal was eligible for 0.9% financing if we qualified. We went in, and the dealership honored that quote, no games. (HURRAY!) Ricardo took us for a great test drive, answered all our questions, and explained all the techie features of the new hybrid. Ricardo was easy to talk to, and he was great at demonstrating features I would never have found till it was time to trade the car in. Then we moved to finance, with no delays. No issues with credit or finance quandaries. Donie offered straightforward, common sense advice but ultimately let us choose the right plan without pressure. Donie had a fun sense of humor, which is great. (It's rare to laugh when you're signing away money!) But Greg, Ricardo, and Donie were absolutely fantastic. My husband and I got a good deal and had a great experience. Thanks, guys! More

I was looking for a used volkswagen tiguan wolfsburg edition for a while. I even tried a dealership in Chicago the price was 5000 higher and they didn't want to help us finance for the car I wanted. We found Bill Jacobs Volkswagen online we decided to try it. As soon as we arrived we where greeted by Ceaser and Nick our sales person and the sales manager. I told them the car I wanted, they did not pressure me into buying a new vehicle or into buying addition features. They got to work on getting us approved for the car we wanted, we didn't have the best credit but they worked with us. Donie the man in the financial department found a way to get us approved with a bank with a decent interest rate giving us a comfortable monthly payment that included a five year warranty. I was very happy with the service I will defiantly recommend it to anyone buying a car. More

The process started, for me, with a request for an Internet price quote on several new VW's they had on the lot. Within 10 minutes Tracy had responded with a price that was surprisingly competitive. I absolutely recommend you start the car buying process with an Internet quote. Upon arriving at the dealer I was introduced to a showroom salesperson, Lisa. She had all the quotes that Tracy had provided to me available so our discussion went quickly and smoothly. Somewhat to my surprise, even the sales manager was friendly and to the point. The process ended with one of the most efficient visits to the finance department that I have ever had. The only area of concern was at the cashier. The check verification machine was very temperamental, resulting in my having to put cash as a down payment instead of a check. More

The VW color I was interested in didn't come in like planned but Lauri wanted to know if I would be interested in any other color. I told her a few other colors and she really worked hard trying to find me what I wanted. The brown bug finally came in and it was worth the wait! Lauri is a wonderful person and I would definately go to her again. Donie in finance was very helpful, friendly and nice. It usually takes a while when purchasing a car but both Lauri and Donie made the wait worthwhile. More

Upon entering Bill Jacobs VW showroom, I was promptly and courteously greeted by Kelly Kuckelman, who offered her assistance. She asked appropriate "needs identifying" questions and took cues from me as to what product would fit me. After settling on the appropriate vehicle, we test drove the car and returned for more discussion. I left feeling very good about the dealership, Kelly and the car! I returned later that day to pick up a car to take for an extended drive.... she had ensured that the car was clean and waiting for me. Negotiations over the trade-in were quick and professional. She responded promptly to my emails that day and generally made me feel valued throughout the process. Later the same day we agreed on price and arranged for pick-up that evening. When I returned at the appointed time, the vehicle was is the showroom waiting for me( it was cold outside and she had taken the time to move it indoors to facilitate the orientation process). Financial closing was smooth and unpressured. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. If, like me, you value your time, and want to be assured of a professional, well-informed and pleasant sales experience, I would highly recommend Kelly and Bill Jacobs VW. More
