Aurimas "Hollywood Otis" Alfimovas (Sales Guide) and Jason K. (Finance Manager). To start off Aurimas is the type of person that will do the exact opposite of telling you what you want to hear. He will tell you the truth and give you the facts straight while also working diligently on getting you in your dream car at the best price possible which sometimes can be hard to do especially if your an 18 year old trying to get into a 2012 Golf R. Not once did he or Jason throw in the towel and not once did they shoot me down. When "Hollywood Otis" says he's going to get something done you better believe it's getting done no matter what. I honestly could sit here and type on and type on and type on and type on but you get the point these two gentlemen are the elite in their profession. Saying that Aurimas and Jason went above and beyond is an understatement little do many know there is more of a universe then there appears to be. Even higher then the top of our Highest peak is where I would say they went to get me driving my VW off the lot earlier today. These are the type of people I will buy cars from for a very long time. Easy - no pressure experience Just bought a 2009 Routan and these guys and the manager were great. Trade in price was okay and the van price was good. Great Experience I came to the Naperville VW dealership on Friday (6/20) because I found a Honda online that fit my price range and assorted other parameters set by a I came to the Naperville VW dealership on Friday (6/20) because I found a Honda online that fit my price range and assorted other parameters set by a family friend who is also a mechanic. We were greeted by two salesmen and asked if we had an appointment which we didn't. We told Otis that we were interested in the 2013 Accord they had on the lot. We took the car on a test drive and told him that we needed to sell my current car which we already had a buyer for and that we could make the sale happen sooner rather than later. We met Nick, one of the sales managers who thanked us for coming in to look at the car. I informed Otis that I noticed a dent in one of the driver side doors and made it clear that this would need to be fixed before we would take the car home as we live in Arlington Heights and Naperville is a 45 minute drive. Otis understood and told us that he would give us a car to drive home when we closed the deal with the car and that the dealer would also bring the car to Arlington Heights when it was done if it could not be done the next day. When we met with Jason in finance, I was impressed by his ability to overcome my objections and create value to sell the extended warranty that I swore I would not purchase because I have owned several used cars and have never purchased one. Otis worked with his team in service (Kris) to get the car to the front of the line with the 'dent guy' as I refer to him to get the car done Monday. There was also another ding on the passenger side which I noticed on Saturday before I left the dealership and Otis was confident that this would be fixed even though it was not in the original deal. Otis let me know when the car was ready and as I was working, he asked me for the address and drove the car to Lake Zurich where I work which is further than my home. This is a perfect example of two things: teamwork and great customer service. I feel like this dealership totally understands that customer service is a high priority and that it was super important that the dents and dings didn't break the deal or make me feel as though they didn't care that I was buying a used Honda. Every customer is important!! Thank you so much for taking care of my needs and selling me the car I wanted!! More
