He really made me felt at home and made the transaction really comforting and ensuring we were getting a great deal and also very efficient with paperwork so I wasn't stuck at the dealership all day. Answered ALL of my Questions, or found somebody who did. Responsive. Gives you sufficient time to make decisions. I did not feel 'Rushed'. Attentive Sales Rep., who, I think; knows how to Sell the VW Product. (but as we know; they pretty much sell themselves).........So 'PJ' is very Good; Selling a 'Great Product', in a pleasant atmosphere.....(the surroundings)....... "It's a nice Place'; what can I say!.............. Met up with Nick K., the Sales Mngr. He evaluated my Trade In. While I did not get what I expected for my Car; I felt that Nick's reasons for this made sense. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort. Nick was very Honest and straight forward with His explanations. Lastly; during the 'Closing of my Deal' I had the opportunity to Meet Jason; the F&I Mngr. for this Dealership. It was a pleasant and very straight forward closing. If anybody can get you into a Car 'Financially' ; Jason can probably do it! He answers Questions with 'straight information'. Nice when you are about to Sign the 'Paper work'.............. These Three Individuals ALL do a 'Great Job' of Representing this Dealership; in my Opinion. Believe me; EACH ONE knows Their Job well, but they operate as a 'Team' and make things 'happen'; in this case; they SELL the Fine VW Product and; as I have mentioned; do a fine Job of it. Even when we told him we needed to think about it, and came back 4 hours later (interrupting his dinner as we hadn't made a call or appointment ahead) he was an amazing sport about it! He rushed back as soon as he heard we were at the dealership. He went through everything in detail and made sure we were absolutely comfortable before signing.
