Decided to visit Bill Jacobs first, then on to others. Cesar approached us as we entered the dealership with a pleasant Hello and a warm welcoming smile. Told him we are interested in a Passat. Told him we would like a white Passat. He logged on to the web site and introduced us to a grey one. Which is one that we saw too. He asked if we would like to see it? We said sure. When we saw the car my husband checked it out, and decided after awhile that we would like to purchase it. No longer interested in a white one. Thank You Cesar! Now here comes another pleasant surprised Nick-used car Mgr. came over and introduce himself to us. Had a nice conversation with him, over the car. While waiting, Nick with a pleasant attitude was very helpful in all kinds of questions that I had, being a women. Now after deciding to purchase the car here comes Jason-finance mgr. again greeted with a pleasant greeting. After all said and done our experience from start to finish Cesar, Nick and Jason took excellent care of my husband and myself. Drove home with a car that I am very satisficed. I would like to say again. Thank you Nick, Cesar and Jason for a heart warming experience. Great Experience with Exceeded Expectations I've been unhappy with my old Honda Accord but definitely not in a rush to have car payments again. I looked at a Car Max, Honda and was not impressed with pricing or financing options. I was talking to a friend and he recommended I talk to Otis at Bill Jacobs Volkswagen. I decided to pop in and see what they had. I met with Otis. We discussed what I was looking for and he really took the time to walk me through all the makes and models. He took his time to make sure I knew what I was getting with each make, even after I told him I was most likely not buying anytime soon. I felt like I was meeting with a consultant that had my best interest in mind instead of "the sale." When I was talking he was listening. He found me a Passat that I couldn't afford not to buy. The cost for the quality is unreal for these machines. He partnered me with Jason in financing and in 10 minutes the options he laid out was unreal. He got me a great rate with zero down. It was such a smooth the process. You won't find anyone pushing you towards decisions here. It is definitely about what is best for you... If you are looking for a sharp looking quality built car that's not over priced. I'd recommend stopping in. Thanks guys! More

Best No Pressure Buying Experience I'm normally don't write reviews...I have been shopping for cars for weeks and walked away from sevral deals. Each deal felt like I was being sold a car the salesman wanted me to buy. After leaving yet another dealer later in the evening feeling like I should just get it over with. I passed by and saw a VW Passat that caught my eye. I walked into Bill Jacobs VW. A gentleman introduced me to Otis. With in minutes I was at ease. He took the time to understand my wants, what I needed and make sure I was getting the make and model that was best fit for my budget and taste. He walked me through everything making sure I had everything I needed before even starting the financing. I was impressed with how well their financing department really took the time to make sure I understood everything and they understood what I was looking for. With all the cars I've priced and test driven. The Passat TDI SEL I bought takes the cake. Those guys have a costomer for life! More

Bought a car for my son from them recently and everything went well except for the finance and insurance manager who was very pushy for me to get fina Bought a car for my son from them recently and everything went well except for the finance and insurance manager who was very pushy for me to get financing and extended warranty (both were declined as I had the funds to pay plus the car was certified with 2 years/24000 bumper to bumper warranty). The big problem came when I had to pay. They do not take cashiers checks (only cash or personal checks or finance thru them). I do not have a personal checking account so the only choice left for me was to pay cash. I had to go to the bank escorted by the salesman and after telling the bank manager I needed x amount of thousands of dollars in cash, he almost fainted and could not believe the dealer would not take a cashier's check. He had to scramble to get all that money and count it with me. I had to travel with all that cash to the dealership exposed to be robbed and waste at least half an hour counting all that money in an unsecure location as the manager will not offer a safe office to do that (counted near the customer service in front of everybody). This was the first time I buy a car under these conditions. I had bought cars from other dealers and they all accept cashiers checks with no problems. This dealer made me feel like I was not valued and also felt insulted in the way I was treated (like a criminal as they probably prejudged in a very weird way that I was going to use a fake cashiers check plus the extreme pushiness to get a loan and sell me an extended warranty). So, unless you plan to pay using their own financing or a personal check and want to be treated like you are stupid for not buying their extended warranty, do not go there. There are plenty of other dealers that will treat you with respect and accept your legal cashier's check for your purchase. BTW...paying via wire transfer was NOT offered to me as an option. More
