I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I inquired about an SUV listed on their website. There was an initial friendliness. Then, they had gotten very busy and my inquiry got pushed aside. It wasn’t o about an SUV listed on their website. There was an initial friendliness. Then, they had gotten very busy and my inquiry got pushed aside. It wasn’t one day but two days before they could get back to me. Those two days were more than enough of a reason to look somewhere else for a vehicle. Their pricing was ridiculously high with financing. There was no room to negotiate with them. When I expressed I was no longer in the market to buy a vehicle from them, their attitude became overly aggressive. Stay away from this place. If you live in the area or meet their specific buyer demographic, I’m sure they will provide less of a customer bias. Such an utter lack of salesmanship. My 4 year old has better people skills, respect and empathy for other’s needs. More

I attempted to work directly with the GM John about my experience and he assured me he wouldn't drop the ball. First of all I only agreed that my credit be ran through Volkswagen, yet the ran my credit al experience and he assured me he wouldn't drop the ball. First of all I only agreed that my credit be ran through Volkswagen, yet the ran my credit all over the place then lied. Secondly I was not called back when promised, then I received text messages from several people off the same number, asking me thr same questions and giving me different information. Jose assured me I was approved for a vehicle but when I was ready to pay and come pick up my vehicle, they lied and said the bank needed proof of funds but denied my proof of funds, EVEN THOUGH my proof of funds was never presented to the bank AND the bank was not even the bank I submitted nor agreed for my information to be sent to. Brenda the "sales manager" was happy to give me the news since I called the GM and he made her do her job. After this fake denial, I even emailed the GM to clarify and provide proof of income, including tax returns, to no avail he never responded. Overall, poor communication, dishonest, and poor leadership. Oh I forgot to mention, middeal Brenda says my car was sold like 20 mins after she gave me the information I requested about the vehicle. I'm exhausted writing this. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this dealership, sorry not sorry. More

This was one of the most unethical experiences about price and floor mats As an option on new cars. Being lied to about the price Formats never coming standard on new cars.and the financing sadly didn price and floor mats As an option on new cars. Being lied to about the price Formats never coming standard on new cars.and the financing sadly didn’t surprise us, but we were willing to let that slide. They showed us the monthly price with 1.9% financing with $5000 and $6000 down making it clear for every $1000 put down About the price the payment will drop $14 pointing out the difference between the monthly on the Vehicle Information sheet we were showed $5,000/ $ ,on the we made the mistake of telling them we had to buy a car that day with Bill Jacobs or Pugi the Costco approved dealer down the road we very honest and I said Being lied to about the price and the financing sadly didn’t surprise us, but we were willing to let that slide. They showed us the monthly price with 1.9% financing with $5000 and $6000; pointing out in black and white on Vehicle Information negation paper down every $1000 put down the payment will drop $14. Now, we made the mistake of telling them we had to buy a car that day: They told us we going to from the buy and get some lunch take the car we were going to buy and wait for the Costco referred dealer down the road to call back with the number and they will beat it. My wife, 4-month-old, and I put car seat in hatch to make sure it fit; The stroller went over the floor mats easy wrapped in the truck. We were honest when we told Matt we were had to buy the Atlas today. They did not want to lose a sale, so they offered to beat the other dealership. $1200 was the difference in price, along with a lot of other Costco perks; but our main concern was the price, so the sales person said his manager would reduce the price by $1200 if we purchase it through them; we agreed and he had me sign A piece of paper that had the car we are purchasing with scribbling all over it kind of looked like a Picasso and then our monthly payments $650 and $636 (($5k/$6k down). Then he came back and said the price I got it done and the manager reduced I $1200, Sign here; where/ anywhere sign here!!!I immediately noticed that the new monthly was only $4 dollars less than the last payment, and if $1000 equals $14 less in the payment then $4 dollars is not $1,0000 less. The sales rep brought his manager over who immediately began arguing with me; “YOU SIGNED IT” you just signed a contract for that price and that monthly.” Just don’t lie to me the scratch paper that sales rep was using was far from a contract. The manager continues to argue trying to convince me the price went down $1,200. It’s numbers and not too difficult at that. Finally, after arguing with me, they AGREED I was right, and they lowered the price by $800; we agreed to it since we didn’t want to spend more time arguing and I'm sure they knew it was too late to get another car that late in the day that day anyway; and I gave them that bullet!! We were purchasing this car because we just had a baby, and two older daughters; we needed at least six seats. Having 3 children rubber floormats were a must. They were around $300. They let us know that the rubber floormats were on backorder, and would call us once they arrive. After driving the car, the next day, I noticed there were no floor mats in the car. Not cloth, rubber, or paper, nothing! So, I go to get the window sticker??????? NO WINDOW STICKER. In my whole life of buying cars used or new, every single car has always come with floor mats; and I was very surprised after calling my sales person and him explaining to me that floor mats are an accessory, and don’t come with any brand-new VW. After talking it over with sales rep, He finally said that he would loan me a set of cloth formats to use until my back ordered all weather floor mats came in; and then I would have to return the loaned mats. We told him that we test drove this car and opened the trunk five or six times putting in our three months old’s stroller on top of the floor mats so we know it came with floor mats The answer and I quote is” only few percent of the new atlas come with floor mats; cannot believe yours would have them.” let me see if I can find them and you can pick them up tomorrow. So of course, I did my research, I called Volkswagen as well as every other dealership I could get a hold of that sold Volkswagen and they all said the same thing, they were trying to scam us so they could sell your floor mats on eBay. I didn’t believe them until I pulled up and the sales person handed me all weather floormats, and a photo copy of the window sticker I asked for showing the car came with all-weather floor mats. If I could have returned the car I would have; having the sales manager argue on the floor with me in front of my wife and child, and the sales person trying to tell me that none of the new Volkswagens come with any type of floor mats. Not only am I upset and feel I was taken advantage of, but I was disrespected, lied to, and made to feel like I was stupid for not understanding simple math or that new cars come with some kind of floor mat. I’m lucky they threw in the steering wheel for free!! I will never refer nor will do business with anyone at that dealership and probably not with Volkswagen if they allow those types of people to be in managerial or sales positions About the price More
