I went to Bill Jacobs Mini after purchasing a 2011 Countryman from a private party. THey went through the entire drivetrain, and topped off the fluids for no charge. Mitch is honest, respectful and goes above and beyond. Recently, I had some damage to my Mini. Mitch was able to get me in the same day to assess the damage and determine if I could continue to drive the car without doing any further damage. He was honest in telling me what needed to be done to fix the car. Unfortunately in the car service industry, it is rare to find honest and caring people. Mitch is that rare person. I will continue to go to Bill Jacobs Mini for as long as he is there. Your really need to clone Mitch. He should be promoted. His values should become the culture of the entire service department. I’ve always had a pleasant relationship with Jacobs MINI, the sales staff, the finance manager, the service staff, and especially with Mitch Shefveland, my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and hone the sales staff, the finance manager, the service staff, and especially with Mitch Shefveland, my service advisor.
