Season went above & beyond she was awesome with talking to the master technician she was very knowledgeable. She helped me call StateFarm informed my claims person of the issues I personally didn’t underst to the master technician she was very knowledgeable. She even gave me her personal number as my father was in the hospital during this time we kept in touch she made it so easy for me very helpful she is one outstanding employee if you ask me I will continue to deal with her in the future. I walked up & she walked out she is the face for your service department and needs to be looked at for a raise during these difficult times. She is one you don’t won’t to let go she was so nice to me on the phone on a rainy day I stopped & bought us both a coffee but she is worth to your business much more than a coffee. Dealership doesn't honor it's word Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan. More
