Help in time I had a flat tire on my F150 4X4. I am handicapped and cannot change a tire, and It would not hold any air to even get to the repair shop, so I manage I had a flat tire on my F150 4X4. I am handicapped and cannot change a tire, and It would not hold any air to even get to the repair shop, so I managed to get a plug put in the tire. I drove to Bill Hood Ford Dealership for help, because I know the plug is only emergency temporary repair. When I arrived I was immediately attended to by a service rep (Robert Mena) who assessed what tire I needed to replace the flat and he informed that they were out of stock but he would look around from other sources, took my phone number and would call back when he found a replacement tire. I told him I wanted to replace both rear tires and he obliged. I went home and after a couple hours he called and said he had the tires in hand and that I could come in to get them replaced. When I arrived he took my truck directly in into the shop and replaced my tires, immediately. Thanks, Robert Basso Mena for going above and beyond to fix my truck. More

Sales/finance told us what we wanted to hear to purchase the vehicle but service dept doesn’t honor what was promised. I’ve only had the vehicle for about 4 months and have had to bring it into service at least 3 times, which was multiple days I had to take off work. Customer service agents will tell you what you want to hear on the phone or through mobile app, but again, service dept doesn’t honor what the agents promised. Scheduled an oil change and diagnostic, only to arrive to be told they dont have anyone on staff today to do the diagnostic. Made the appointment for 8:30, and at 10:00 my vehicle is still sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off, still not touched. Asked cashier how long it would take, and she told me it was first come first serve. So what was the point in making an appointment?? I will never purchase another vehicle from this place. Once warranty is up, I will never return to this dealership and will advise all friends and family to not come to this place. All they want is your money, then they don’t care about you after. UPDATE: After posting this review, Lenny Becnel, Manager at Bill Hood Ford Lincoln responded and asked me to call him. I spoke with him briefly about my issues and he advised he would get back to me. 2 business days later, I received a call from Barbara Wilkinson, in the Customer Relations dept, asking when I could bring my vehicle in for service, which I brought in the same day. Barbara was very nice and friendly, but I did find it a little off-putting when she asked, "Since we are doing this for you, I'm going to ask you to do something for us, and change your review" I felt like this question should have been asked of me AFTER the service was completed, not before (I have been in the customer service industry for 10+ years, and I know mistakes happen, but I would not have asked a customer to change their review before I had a chance to make things right). I also didn't feel as if they were doing anything above and beyond for me by simply servicing my vehicle, which should have been serviced weeks prior, but again, she was very nice and friendly each time I spoke with her. It turns out, my transmission was bad and had to be replaced. Luckily I purchased the added warranty, so I didn't have to come out of pocket, but a part of me felt like the dealership knew the transmission was bad when it was sold to me as we noticed the transmission issues on the test drive, but didn't think anything of it at the time, until the issues got worse. I'm updating the review because Barbara asked me too, but I still don't think the dealership did anything to warrant a good review from me. Everything that was completed after I posted this initial review, should have been done from the get go. The only thing that was done for me was they waived the $100 deductible for the warranty, which I do appreciate, but I don't feel that alone deserves a good review. It shouldn't take a customer writing a bad review to get the same level of service that I would normally expect from any dealership. More

Recall on Ford car Sales must be all these people are good at. I had a recall on my car. I called to set up a time to get it fixed. No one wants to drive a vehicle knowing that you could be driving and be killed by your airbags because of a fault from the company. They set me up and appointment. My husband took time off from work to bring the ehicle to the service shop. He was promptly told by a new employee that the recall was not available. They set me an appointment and emailed me a confirmation! Yet they told my husband to leave because they weren’t available. I called all day to correct the matter. I was put on hold, told to call back, told someone will call you. 14 hour later from my first call and no response to their blatant disrespect and unconcern about the products they sell. I have seriously reconsidered buying Ford products or any products from this company. More

First service experience with Bill Hood Dealership My experience the day of service was excellent from Sylvester who picked up my vehicle to Wayne calling me to let me know Sylvester was on his way. My vehicle came back immaculate from the complimentary wash & vacuuming after my oil change & overall inspection. Claudia was pleasant on the phone and willing to accommodate my work schedule when I called for an appointment. There was only 1 misunderstanding about the Pickup & Delivery service that Lincoln offers on all 2017 vehicles which I was able to clarify with Wayne once I stopped calling it a loaner car program. Otherwise, Wayne was professional during our calls. More
