Oil & Filter change on 2003 F-250 I brought my F-250 in on Feb. 8, 2019 for an oil and filter change. I was greeted by the service adjuster Jim Hart and he addressed my concern, I told I brought my F-250 in on Feb. 8, 2019 for an oil and filter change. I was greeted by the service adjuster Jim Hart and he addressed my concern, I told him I would wait on this service. While waiting I was approached by Barbara Wilkinson the customer service rep and she told me she would check on my vehicle, I also observed her reaching out to all other people that were waiting and after a short wait my vehicle was ready and the cashiers that worked with me were very helpful.
