My car had some water damage during Ida and the collision center was closed due to damage, so I had it brought to the service center. I received a call that day to get details of the damage, but that was the center was closed due to damage, so I had it brought to the service center. I received a call that day to get details of the damage, but that was the end of quick responses. Called, texted them, and left messages before I went to the shop to see what was the deal. I was told they were working with the insurance to hash out the costs but they never told me what work needed to be done or what cost difference there was. I talked to my insurance adjuster to get the information and tried for days to get any response from the service department. They finally texted me back after a week and a half to tell me that parts are on order (no eta on them either) and then 3 days for labor after they come in. The car was dropped off on September 7th and today is the 22nd with no real update. Avoid this place at all costs. 1 October. So I got some updates after calling and basically not hanging up until I talked to someone and I talked to someone! Only to find out they put it all together and now another part is broken (a part that was not directly wet but worked when water was in the car) and now needs another review and parts and time. I regret being my car here more and more. More

My family and I have been bringing our 3 Lincolns to Bill Hood Hammond, for service, for the past 10+ years. The passenger headlight went out on my 2015 MKC, and I was told I had to make an appointment at th Hood Hammond, for service, for the past 10+ years. The passenger headlight went out on my 2015 MKC, and I was told I had to make an appointment at the dealership to get it replaced (a local auto shop was not an option). I dropped off my car and was notified a few hours later that not only was the bulb blown ($269.48), but the headlight ($1,954.93) and ballast ($386.56) also needed replacing, including tax and labor ($337.50) my total would be $3,235.20. I asked if just the bulb could be replaced and was told no, that the whole bumper needed to be removed and the entire headlight, ballast and bulb replaced for the light to work again due to a fried wire. I picked up my car without getting it fixed, and called my neighbor who works on cars, for a second opinion. He took a look at it and could not see where a wire was fried, or any other reason why the ballast and entire headlight needed replacing, just a new bulb was needed. I ordered a two pack bulb on Amazon for $23.99. My neighbor replaced the bulb in 30 minutes and IT WORKED!!!! I called Bill Hood Service the next day to express my concern and they said this was only a temporary fix, that it will blow the bulb again. Well, no-one EVER gave me another option than the $3300 one. I feel lied to, how can you be a reputable company and treat returning customers this way? I believe they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman "who knows nothing about cars". I will think twice before I EVER go back to Bill Hood Hammond for service. I will also need a three row Lincoln in the next year and can assure you Bill Hood will NOT get my business. More
Worst experience I’ve ever had with the Ford dealership in my life. Ever since my first visit this service Man Jim hart has always been rude to me and My father. It’s been at the Ford service please send Tuesday and so I called the next day because I haven’t heard anything and then it went on and on and we called them on Wednesday to see if anything was new with our vehicle. Every time we call Jim was very rude to us telling us saying I will call you when I feel like I need to call you pretty much. It has been sitting here for a week and not one person has touched my vehicle. I received a missed call from the Ford dealership so I called today to find out what was going on and Jim was rude again saying I did not call you do not call me. Overall if you want bad service go to this Ford dealership and ask for Jim personally because he will give you the worst customer service in your life More
OK but could be better I’ve personally purchased two vehicles from this dealership while my aunt has purchased one. We both experienced similar situations. For example: my aunt was told the 4 month old truck did not have an oil leak, while it consistently produced oil spots on her garage floor. She was told they checked it and there is NO way because it still leaked when she got it back. She also said Barbara gave her personal number then failed to check on her issue, or help to address even after stating she would. My aunt even left her a card & gift card and still has not heard from her to date. I told my aunt that she still had to pay for everything and would have no matter who was doing it. More

This is a long review. My 2018 F150 has been having issues since end of February 2020, truck had less than 36000 miles on it. It had a miss in engine and slip in transmission. Mr Jim was waiting on ford to tell him how to fix it. He has a slight communication problem. They ended up changing out fuel injectors and reprogramming control module. I got my truck back and it was still doing it. Back in the shop, numerous times, no rental or loaner car, replaced gateway module. I finally brought it back again and told them I needed rental, and didn’t want truck back until it was fixed. They gave me a rental Thursday, but called me Friday to tell me to come get truck. I was on my way to MS. I couldn’t get back in time to return rental. I then called Jim and told him, I wasn’t bringing back until truck was fixed. They couldn’t duplicate problem, needed warning light to come on. It has never had a warning light go off. Jim stopped rental on Friday, they charged me out of pocket for 4 days. Mr. Jack has tried to be go between and went over and above. I left message for Mr Bubba Lauderdale with no return call yet. I work out of town and if I were to get a call to go to work, I have to wonder if my truck will get me there and back. More

When I went to Bill Hood ford to have the damage checked they took the car into the garage within 5 minutes. They did not stock the panels but were able to provide a temporary repair and had me on the road within 45 minutes and only charged me for a few clips, less than 6 dollars.
