He sent me pictures of trucks I had questions about through text, and even had all the details of the purchase price for each truck laid out for me. I did most of the negotiating through text messages hundreds of miles away and never once felt like I wasn't getting the attention I needed. Once I made it to the dealership Landon Lauderdale walked me through the trucks I had narrowed it down to, and he even followed me in one of the trucks to my wife's place of business so she could have a look at the two trucks also. Not sure of anyone else willing to do that. Once I decided on the truck Jason Newman walked me through financing and warranty and never once got irritated at all the questions I had. I like to know what I'm signing. This is probably the 10th new vehicle purchase of which is my 5th Ford truck, and by far the easiest purchase yet!
