His supervisor Jason offered a splendid deal on my trade-in, a favulous price on the new truck I wanted. He took ample time to explain various aspects of pricing and financing, and he also was forthright and trustworthy. Marshall was patient with my many questions about financing and service packages and handled the financial end of things effectively and expeditiously. Lastly. Glenda did a wonderful job finalizing everything and going through the features of my new F-150 carefully and clearly. I love my new truck and couldn’t be happier with my buying experience at Bill Hood Ford. More
