Pleasantly efficient and friendly I contacted Gary from NC on Friday afternoon and by close of business, we had come to an agreement of terms for a new F-250 Super Duty. Next, Barbara was extremely helpful during delivery actions giving me an increased amount of knowledge regarding the trucks’s capabilities. The finance department was next, Marshall took great care of me by not only offering me an extended warranty but he also found a better rate for financing. Overall, I was very surprised at how helpful and customer oriented the staff at Bill Hood Ford was during my experience.
