Great customer service Walked into Bill Hood to trade my car in on a Saturday morning. They were really busy that day but still had smiles on their faces and were pleasant. Walked into Bill Hood to trade my car in on a Saturday morning. They were really busy that day but still had smiles on their faces and were pleasant. I had gone to another dealership prior to Bill Hood and sat in the waiting area for over 2 hours and weren't busy. I sat in the waiting area of Bill Hood for maybe 10 minutes and was greeted by Kenny who very pleasant and smelled really good and 2 hours later I left with the vehicle I wanted. My Experience At Bill Hood Mr. Berteau was my salesman. He had great customer service. First I went to the Bill Hood in Amite to buy a Chevy Malibu for $14,000. I wanted to buy Mr. Berteau was my salesman. He had great customer service. First I went to the Bill Hood in Amite to buy a Chevy Malibu for $14,000. I wanted to buy the car in full but the Financial manager denied me bc he wanted me to finance the car through them. After 2 hours of negotiating I decided that the deal and the dealer ship wasn’t for me. Apon leaving searching I came across another bill hood in Hammond with the similar car and at the same price. Got there met Kenny Berteau and told him about my prior experience and he said you won’t have the same with their dealership. Test drove the Chevy Malibu. Car was in great condition, and low miles on it. After testing driving it, I told him I wanted to buy it and in 30 mins I was in a new car. One thing though, I wished they would have fully serviced the car. ( Tune Up and Oil Change) bc the engine light came on the next day. Went to go check it out and I just needed a tune up but besides that my experience was great. Satisfied Customer!! More

Oil & Filter change on 2003 F-250 I brought my F-250 in on Feb. 8, 2019 for an oil and filter change. I was greeted by the service adjuster Jim Hart and he addressed my concern, I told I brought my F-250 in on Feb. 8, 2019 for an oil and filter change. While waiting I was approached by Barbara Wilkinson the customer service rep and she told me she would check on my vehicle, I also observed her reaching out to all other people that were waiting and after a short wait my vehicle was ready and the cashiers that worked with me were very helpful.
