HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I went there with the purpose of buying a Captiva that i had been speaking with a sales rep about all day. i told him i would be driving 40 miles to g I went there with the purpose of buying a Captiva that i had been speaking with a sales rep about all day. i told him i would be driving 40 miles to get there. even told him when i was leaving my house. 5 minutes before arriving he advises someone JUST SHOWED UP to look at and buy the vehicle. i advise him that was unfair and ridiculous so he was gong to help me find a new one. I told him my price range and the mileage i was looking for, he told me he had two cars on the lot. he showed me the first one, which was nice and i liked but it was getting close to closing time, so he said i dont even want to show you the other one because this one is so much nicer. He knew i was unable to leave without a car because i did not have one any longer. turns out the price jumped almost 10,000 dollars after sales, title and license. i was only provided with one kfob, which was not the admin key and i have many restrictions on my vehicle, on top of that i realized the temp tag was expired, there was no gas in my vehicle at all, i got it 5 miles from empty, and an oil change was needed in ten miles. i expressed all these concerns and was told to bring it in the next weekend and it would all be taken care of.... i did some research online and found a car matching the description of what i wanted and emailed it to the sales person asking about why i was not offered this vehicle or told about it, he advised it had already been sold. fast forward a week and the dealership contacted me and advised it actually was NEVER sold and they dont know where the mix up came in. i asked to speak to a supervisor who was going to call me back, and of course no call at all. i drive up there the next weekend to finish paying off my new vehicle that was 15,000 cash!!! i was advised my car would be serviced, detailed, filled with gas, get a new kfob, and everything would be set up and ready to go. i get there at 11 and was told it would take an hour, fast forward three hours later. i get my car back and there is spots all over it and the inside was not clean at all, they did not have the extra kfob and failed to even try and get one, i did not get a 60 day temp tag instead i got one that expired the day i got it, once i got on the interstate to go home, my low pressure tire light came on and i realized the fluid for my windshield wiper only came out on one side.(now these things were discussed before hand i was promised it would be taken care of) now they want me to come back during a work day so they could finish there work....) but no i cant take a another day off of work to go and deal with this. not only was i lied to, i was swindled out of a deal that i actually could afford. they are all about getting your money and not about the quality of care. i would never suggest this dealership to ayone, they lie and do whatever they want just to make a deal!! DO NOT USE and ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE AREA> More

Gary got me the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay almost effortlessly. We didn’t take a test drive around the block, we went for a nice little drive. Thant was great. The finance portion was simple, just a few signatures and I was out the door. The first offer wasn’t good, however the second offer got close to the note I was willing to pay. Plus I got a service warranty I didn’t exspect. All of the staff I meet was courteous and professional. My new truck was detailed upon delivery. More

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I was interested in a Ford F-250 so I called to ask a few questions and there reaction was as if I was an inconvenience. They didn’t really answer my questions and had a poor attitude. Still interested in the truck I gave them the benefit of doubt. I can say I will never do that again. I began the financing portion of the deal and informed them I live in Texas and would be traveling in to pick up the truck if all goes well. That day was around 4pm on Friday and apparently three hours was not enough time for them to find financing with someone with a 750 credit score. I called back Saturday morning around 10:30 to check and see about the financing. Lenny said we’ll when are you wanting to buy the truck? I about fell out of my chair. Lol Normally when someone is looking at a vehicle and filling out financing paperwork that means there interested in buying a vehicle then not later. Entire time Lenny response to everything was as if he really didn’t want to deal with any of it. Sounds to me like complacency and laziness has set in. After many questions later I decided we’ll im going to drive in five hours to look and possibly close on the truck. The only concern any of the sales department had was that it was Saturday and they close at 5pm. So basically if I was going to drive five hours there I better get there before five. No problem, I got there at 4:15... Upon arriving not one person/employee that works for Bill Hood ever once introduce themselves, Never. I looked at the truck and it had multiple problems with it. The front differential was literally dripping in there parking lot. Axles seals blown and leaking. Poor quality lift job was performed and it was obvious at a glance in person where they don’t photograph purposely. Also they ailed to mention that the truck had been tuned and fully deleted, all emissions system was removed. They might want to read the laws on that before selling it. I was pissed to say the least. Told them to put the $500 hold money back on my card and I left. Bill Hood Ford and Lenny are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered buying a vehicle my entire life. More
