Why do I need to make an appointment if you're unable to even diagnose my vehicle until 24 hours later? There was poor communication upfront on how long my vehicle would be unavailable. They did clearly explain the results of the diagnostic, however, they tried to convince me to buy a $1,100 part before they fixed the part that was throwing the codes.
