Easiest vehicle purchase I've made. After looking online for a Mazda CX-7 without turbo that used regular gas and was front-wheel drive (the CX-7 I was driving had turbo and used premium After looking online for a Mazda CX-7 without turbo that used regular gas and was front-wheel drive (the CX-7 I was driving had turbo and used premium gas and was AWD) I found what looked to be a good deal at Bill Gatton Mazda in Bristol. For the record I've also purchased from Bill Gatton in Johnson City. All of my vehicles for the last 20+ years have been purchased from Bill Gatton. I called on a Tuesday evening and was transferred to Doyle Rutherford. The Mazda I found online was still on the lot and I made an appointment for the next day at 1:30. Doyle was watching for me and my husband and met us as we pulled onto the lot. We could not have asked for a friendlier person and the test drive was one for the books. Doyle showed us how the car would handle, how the backup camera worked and gave some valuable information about the 2011 CX-7 Sport. After the test drive we negotiated a fair price for our trade-in and left with the "new" Mazda. I purchased a couple of accessories for my Mazda and Doyle kept me up to date on their arrival and saw that the bug deflector was properly installed. He found that the bumper guard was not what was ordered and offered to pay for my gas when I returned for the correct one.
