Best day ever I equate buying a car to having a root canal. Not this time! Matt was the only salesperson that took to heart what was important to me in a vehicle... A new Pacifica! We have purchased vehicles from Gaddis for many years. I've been driving a Town and Country for the last 3 vehicles but now we have a new Pacifica! We have purchased vehicles from Gaddis for many years. I've been driving a Town and Country for the last 3 vehicles but now we have a new Pacifica! I was considering a Pacifica when I went in and Jordan explained the differences between the two very clearly. It's the first time we've worked with Jordan as our prior salesman has retired. Jordan is great! When we decided on the Pacifica and picked it up, he sat in the car/van with us and explained all the technology. Today is an icy, snowy day so I can't wait for the weather to clear so I can try it out!! More
