I thought I would probably just have to find out the hard way, after I had service done. I found out that Kristopher Bilbrey is a Sales Representative for Gaddis Chrysler. I spoke with Kristopher, and he assured me that I would be very happy with the Gaddis team, and he made an appointment for my vehicle with the Service Department. I brought the vehicle in, and discovered Mr Bilbrey was absolutely right. The Service techs were ready for my Jeep right on time. They got busy on the job, and had it completely repaired and sitting outside waiting for me. They were quick, efficient, and right on time for my appointment. My seat had not been readjusted to fit someone else, instead when I got in, it was warm on a cold day, and all my personal settings were exactly as I left them. There were no dirty shoe prints, and my steering wheel was not soiled either. They took great care with my vehicle. I was more than pleased with every single aspect of the Service Departments skills, customer service, timeliness, cleanliness, etc. Kristopher Bilbrey, much thanks to you for the strong and positive referral to Gaddis Chrysler. The Gaddis Team is everything you said they are, and I had a 100% positive experience.
