He asked if the vehicle had been sitting for a while, and it had. I explained that I was leaving town for four months and the warranty was expiring in a few days. He said to bring it back when I returned if it was still on, and he would replace the battery at no charge. I returned in four months and it was replaced quickly and efficiently. This was the quality of service I have come to expect at Gaddis, and is why I have purchased seven new vehicle from them. More
Purchased what we thought was going to be a nice family suv 3 weeks ago. Two days after purchase we noticed the inner tires were balding due to alignment issues. Was told it didn’t fall under our 90 day wa suv 3 weeks ago. Two days after purchase we noticed the inner tires were balding due to alignment issues. Was told it didn’t fall under our 90 day warranty after a week wait with no response. After taking it to the shop, we found out that all 4 struts are bad also. After 3 weeks of purchase and 3k+ in shop fees, there’s nothing they can do about it. Didn’t expect the full bill to be paid, but wouldn’t work with anything. With interest rates increasing you’d think they’d want great service for more recommendations.There’s definitely better dealerships out there that actually care about their customers, and the longevity of their business. More
