POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Gaddis from Indianapolis for a while for service, and anytime we needed any work done to our vehicles. I was My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Gaddis from Indianapolis for a while for service, and anytime we needed any work done to our vehicles. I was so pleased that when It was time for me to get another vehicle we went straight to Gaddis. So then my wifes car started acting up so we obviously took it to the place we always have. Which I might add is a good hour drive from our home. A VERY long story short is my wifes car needed engine repairs done that was covered under warranty which she ended up having to take back a total of 5 times. She had it up there to get things fixed and they only done half of the job and Terry claims that Chrysler told them they couldnt fix the whole thing, and they didnt have the parts, as well as informed my wife that her engine was leaking oil. But “go ahead and drive it you will be okay”. So I contacted Chrysler and made a claim and was informed that his statement about Chrysler saying not to fix it, and they didnt have the parts was false. So my wife drove the car off the lot with the service guys telling her you will be fine driving the car until the parts come in, but there was still a knocking in her engine, So my wife had to take a half day off work AGAIN to go get this problem taken care of (another hour drive in her car with a engine that needed to be fixed). So we are now up to the 4th time (AGAIN where my wife needed to take yet another day off work and another hour drive to get something fixed that should have been fixed long before now). Prior to this I informed my wife to take pictures of the engine. So she gets there and now they get the oil leak handled and fix a valve or seal, Terry totally avoids contact with my wife, then the mechanic informs my wife of her tires needing to be replaced due to the belt showing in which when she was checking out Cole did not mention this to her until she called it out, and Terry totally avoided her the whole time. So my wife goes to her parents house and is looking at things under the hood with my father in law, and they notice that the lanyard cap for the ac was broken, as well as 2 bolts on the engine were missing nuts. Service was closed so my wife contacted the owner and he said bring it in and they will get it fixed. AWESOME, but guess what ANOTHER day off work, driving an hour to replace something that should have been noticed and taken care of, OH and this is now the 5th time she had to take her car back. I will say this our sales guy that sold me my vehicle Jordan was AWESOME, Steve is AWESOME, however the service department and this whole situation was totally a bunch of xx. Having a “valued customer” driving a car that the engine clearly needed immediate attention, and prompt service was totally wrong. Having a “valued customer” taking that much time off work, and then driving for a hour because you cant get done what needed to be done on a vehicle was xx. My advice if you buy a car there great, but I would find a different place to get your car worked on, especially if there is engine problems. More

Another Phenomenal Experience With Jordan Volz At Gaddis Wow. Wow. Wow. WOW!!! Our experience with Jordan was flat out phenomenal!! Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional service. Jordan is a true professional and provided us with amazing service and the easiest car buying experience, EVER!! We conveniently had the deal worked out on the vehicle we wanted the most before we ever even arrived at the lot. Then, Jordan made things even easier for us by having the vehicle ready as soon as we arrived. While on our test drive they had the entire deal ironed out and approved so when we got back from the test drive (which was really just to go grab lunch) we had all the paperwork hot off the press and ready to be signed. All in all, we were in and out in less than 3 hours which included an hour test drive / lunch run.
