Jeep Grand Cherokee Wheel Bearing Replacement Repair was scheduled for a Tuesday. However, due to personal scheduling issues, dropped vehicle off at Gaddis the preceding Sunday evening after hour Repair was scheduled for a Tuesday. However, due to personal scheduling issues, dropped vehicle off at Gaddis the preceding Sunday evening after hours & uses the key drop box. Because vehicle was there early, Service dept was able to evaluate issue early (Mon afternoon) & repair wheel bearing first thing Tuesday morning. Excellent customer service & communications. Kudos to Cole Decker. Definitely recommend Gaddis for repairs. Thank you. More

Service Expertise I was visiting Muncie IN when my Seibring would not shift out of reverse. I had it towed to Gaddis Chrysler to diagnose and service the problem. Col I was visiting Muncie IN when my Seibring would not shift out of reverse. I had it towed to Gaddis Chrysler to diagnose and service the problem. Cole, at the service desk, was very kind and accommodating, even suggesting I catch lunch while he worked my car into the service line up. When I returned, Cole gave me the welcome news that the car just needed one part and that it would arrive from the distribution point by 4am the next morning. He had worked it into the service schedule, and I could pick up the car before noon. The servicing happened just as promised. Cole and Gaddis Chrysler made it possible for me to visit with my 95 year old mother and return home 250 miles problem free. What a great crew! More
