This dealer was one of the nicest dealers we have ever worked with. We have been buying vehicles together for 45 years, and have had some good experiences, and some bad ones. But working with this dealer was one of the best experiences we've had. So many dealers want to drag out the deal making, they want top dollar for their vehicle and act like the one you brought in is trash. But this dealer did not quibble a lot, he gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, and asked a very fair price for his vehicle. The salesman we worked with, Jim Kincaid, was very personable. He represented his vehicle accurately. He did not give a hard sell, or misrepresent the vehicle in any way. He answered our questions clearly. He was polite without a hard sales pitch. He knew we could walk away, and he accepted our thorough inspection of the vehicle. It was nice to work with someone who was not overbearing. He respected our evaluation, and did not treat us like we needed his opinion. So many salesmen act like you are an idiot if you don't buy the vehicle. We would recommend doing business with this dealer any time. This dealer has a great reputation, and they earned it. More
Jim did a great job and I appreciate the extra mile on setting up my blue-tooth (and re-setting it up!). Although I didn't quite get my target price, I do feel like a got a great deal. Toyota's website provided good content and several possibilities for a great car. My husband and I went to Butler Toyota to check them out. We were welcomed by Tom Clark, who sat down with us and aske possibilities for a great car. My husband and I went to Butler Toyota to check them out. We were welcomed by Tom Clark, who sat down with us and asked us good questions about what we wanted in a car. We test drove a 2009 Rav4 in great condition. The car came with a good Car Fax report, was a Toyota-certified used vehicle and was eligible for extended warranty coverage. Tom is a great person to talk to and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He answered very specific questions during our test drives. Tom was genuinely interested in getting us what we needed in a car. We bought the 2009 Rav4, with confidence that it was a good choice. Max Akram, the business manager, set up the contract for sale. There is a lot of paperwork. Max explained what was what with the contract and clearly explained what we were paying for and the various choices about extended warranty and service contracts. Max was also personable and knowledgeable. We bought the car late Saturday afternoon right before the 2011 Final Four playoff with Butler. Completing the paperwork took a little time, but everyone (including Tom, Max, and my husband) bravely stayed and worked through the first part of the game to get our contract finished for the Rav4. Everyone got home before halftime to finish watching Butler's win. After we bought the car, I could not figure out some of the digital features. I returned to the car dealership and Tom helped me understand how things worked. Our experience at Butler Toyota with Tom and Max was outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership, their cars, and their people. More
I have taken my car to Butler for Service from the beginning. Carole Wilkerson is the contact person I've been dealing with for over a year and she consistantly helps me with professionalism and hone beginning. She explains what the problem is and why it's a good idea to fix it now, or if it's okay to just watch it. She has also helped me with timely, quick responses to my needs. Bottom line, I trust what she is telling me is the best information available. More
Everything was excellent from the sales standpoint. The only issue we had was that we had to wait a significant period of time to meet with the business manager for the loan. Tom was an excellent salesman, truly a nice man, and made sure all my questions were answered. Also, if I had known about the warranty guarantee, it would have made the sale even quicker. More

I've been leasing cars thru Butler for 21 years now. I started with Randy Miles and was given over to Josh about 4 years ago. I must say that I was not disappointed in Josh's presentation. What a wonderful experience, all starting with Kathleen. She was great, very informative and made the car buying experience outstanding. My last 3 vehicles were all Mazda and we saw the Toyota Sienna mini She was great, very informative and made the car buying experience outstanding. My last 3 vehicles were all Mazda and we saw the Toyota Sienna mini van online and we came in to test drive and Kathleen had it all ready for us to go.
